Wine 101

This is a hands-on tasting class led by wine educator, Emma Criswell. In Wine 101, you’ll learn about grapes from around the world, winemaking techniques, flavor profiles, ordering wine in restaurants, and shopping for wine. Most importantly, you’ll learn the proper way to taste and enjoy wine.

If you find yourself asking questions like, “What’s the difference between Champagne and Prosecco?”, “Why does so much Chardonnay taste like butter?”, “Does the shape of your wine glass even matter?” and “How do you navigate long wine lists?” this class is for you!

Please register by Friday, June 12. Be sure to indicate any allergies or aversions when registering.
