Glass Resurgence

04-01-2021 05-31-2021 10am-5pm daily

In celebration of local glass artists and the return of the Conservatory's on-site glass blowing studio, the Hot Shop, Glass Resurgence features the work of 13 talented local artists: Molly Burke, Jonathan Capps, Jennifer Dunlap, Alexandra Fresch, Forge Garrabrant*, Adam Goldberg, Lee Hervey*, Lisa Horkin*, Jim Lehnert, Elaine Li*, Jesse Luketic*, Daniel Schreiber and Mike Stepanski*. Their artwork represents a variety of glassworking techniques, including blowing, casting and sculpting. All pieces are available for sale through Botanica Gift Shop & Greenhouse.

Watch these techniques in action during live glass-blowing demonstrations at the Conservatory, open from 11am-2pm Monday through Friday and 12-3pm Saturday and Sunday. The Conservatory also offers Hot Shop classes for those who would like to create their own glass vessel to take home!
