Conservatory Aglow family entertainment offers fun for kids of all ages. Bring your loved ones to see a magic show, hear a festive concert, learn about the wonders of winter, meet Santa and his reindeer and so much more! FAMILY FUN ACTIVITIES

Cookies with Santa  Saturday, December 21 & Sunday, December 22, 11am–3pm – Visit Santa and two of his reindeer! Decorate a sugar cookie for a sweet treat. $2 per cookie (Advance registration required. Admission not included.)

Realm of the Reptiles,  Thursday, December 26; 11am and 2pm – Marissa Dubina shares the riveting world of reptiles in this memorable, tactile experience including appearances by a large tortoise, lizards, and s-s-snakes!

The Bugman,  Friday, December 27; 11am through 2pm – Columbus favorite, Mark Berman, shares his love of all things creepy and crawly. This is an interactive, walk by engagement; rather than a sit down performance.

Comedy Juggler, Matt Jergens,  Saturday, December 28; 11am and 2pm – This international gold medalist juggler has been thrilling and captivating audiences with his one man variety show of juggling, stunts, acrobatics and comedy.

The Shazzbots,  Sunday, December 29; 11am and 2pm – For over ten years, this three-time emmy award winning rock band has been entertaining kids and parents of all ages with their unique brand of music, adventure and fun!

Mr. Puppet,  Monday, December 30; 11am and 2pm – A professional comedian and ventriloquist, Bob Abdou performs with his puppets in this hilarious act appropriate for children and adults!

Rockin’ Pirate Magic Show,  Thursday, January 2, 2020; 11am and 2pm – Children’s Entertainer, Erica Carlson brings comedy, magic and her famous hedgehog “Hedgie” together in this fun for all ages performance.

Columbus Children’s Theatre,  Friday, January 3, 2020; 11am and 2pm – Geared to the youngest audience members, Matt Bassett’s production Nutt and Bolt, will be sure to have you and your little ones tapping your feet and making sounds of your own in no time.

 

HOLIDAY PERFORMANCES

Grove City Chamber Singers, Friday, December 20; 7pm – An adult community choir that has performed locally, nationally, and internationally will perform a variety of secular and sacred music, representing numerous genres.

Cardinal Health Chamber Orchestra,  Saturday, December 21; 7pm – America’s only corporate orchestra over 50 members strong, supports emotional and spiritual good health by performing throughout the community.

Magpie Consort, Sunday, December 22; 7pm – One of central Ohio’s premier vocal ensembles, specializing in a diverse repertoire of music from medieval motets to contemporary compositions around the world.

Ladies of Longford, Monday, December 23; 7pm – This high energy all women band serves up superb vocal harmonies and excellent musicianship with a unique blend of Contemporary Celtic and Traditional Irish music.

The Candy Canes, Thursday, December 26; 7pm – Festive, fun and full of energy, the Candy Canes will entertain you with their beautiful voices performing some of your favorite holiday tunes!

Hot Tonic Duo,  Friday, December 27; 7pm – Featuring vocalist and bassist extraordinaire Victoria Woods and virtuoso guitarist Josh Hindmarsh is postmodern swing at its best.

Chaz Mechenbier & Nicki Baker,  Saturday, December 28; 7pm – Chaz and Nicki are a dynamic duo act that teamed up to create an upbeat live acoustic show that mixes feel-good classic covers with harmony-rich originals.

The Rice Brothers, Sunday, December 29; 7pm – Led by local singer/songwriter David Rice, The Rice Brothers have a very eclectic and diverse musical style, combining traditional celtic music with bluegrass.

Costa Nostra, Monday, December 30; 7pm – A reed quintet from the Westerville symphony. The quintet features Axl Pons, oboe, Hild Peersen, clarinet, Jay Miglia, saxophone, Evan Lynch, bass clarinet and Kerry Haberkern on bassoon.

In Full Swing Big Band,  Tuesday, December 31; 7-9pm – A complete 16 piece swing band, specializing in dance rhythms and the big band sounds of the 30’s and 40’s.
