Celebrate Valentine’s Day: A Food & Wine Tasting

The Conservatory is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a food and wine tasting!
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of champagne to toast the evening ahead. As you stroll through the Conservatory’s indoor display of exotic orchids and tropical plants, you will find five food and wine pairing stations. The menu, which has been created by the Conservatory’s Executive Chef, includes a variety of delicious hors d’oeuvres and hand-selected wines. After visiting the pairing stations, enjoy live music from local duo Starlit Ways. In case you are looking for a few more bites, the Garden Cafe will be selling charcuterie and cheese plates. A full cash bar will also be open throughout the evening. When leaving the event, be sure to pick up your to-go coffee, shop Michael’s Artisan Chocolates and grab a bottle of the featured wine to take home with you.
Admission is $50 per person ($45 for members). Tickets include all five food and wine pairings, champagne upon arrival, access to the Conservatory’s orchid show, and coffee when leaving the event. Guests can register for 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30 or 8pm tastings.

- Pesto Goat Cheese Flatbread + Sauvignon Blanc
- Smoked Salmon Baguette + Chardonnay
- Persian Lamb Baguette with Mint + Pinot Noir
- Mushroom Vol au Vent + Cabernet Sauvignon, Aged in Bourbon Barrels
- Salted Caramel Creme + Cabernet Sauvignon
Please note that the menu does not include gluten-free or vegan options. A Mediterranean plate (vegan), cheese plate and charcuterie will be available at the Garden Cafe for purchase. No substitutions or additional tasting tickets will be available.
This event is sold out! Guests must be 21 years or older and will be required to show ID. Tickets are non-refundable.
