Select A Ticket

There are currently four ticket types available for purchase or reservation: General Admission, Vulnerable Population Hours, Community Days and Chihuly Nights.

After selecting a ticket type, guests will be prompted to specify a date, time slot, and the number of tickets. Selecting a time slot dictates arrival only, guests can stay as long as they please after entry.

General Admission Open daily 10am-5pm except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

General Admission includes:

-Botanica Gift Shop and Greenhouse
-Conservatory Food Truck

Guests, including members, will need to reserve a timed ticket ahead of time. Capacity for the property, including the Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation Children’s Garden, is limited.

Vulnerable Population Hours Every Thursday the Conservatory will open at 9am for guests with high-risk considerations, such as seniors or people with compromised immune systems.

The Conservatory will open at 10am for General Admission. At that time, guests are encouraged to do whatever they feel most comfortable with, whether it's continuing their visit or leaving.

Community Days Community Days are free to residents of Franklin County and Columbus. A valid ID will be required upon arrival. In line with the new ticketing process, reservations will need to be made online and before visiting but will still be free.

-Botanica Gift Shop and Greenhouse
-Conservatory Food Truck

There are still a few spots available for the next Community Day on August 2.

Community Days are part of the Conservatory’s mission to make the gardens accessible to as many people as possible. Now with capacity restrictions, we ask that members and/or visitors who can visit during general admission to please refrain from reserving a Community Day ticket so that those who cannot otherwise visit the Conservatory can do so that day.

Chihuly Nights Chihuly Nights occurs on the second Saturday of July, August, September and October from 7-10pm.

Chihuly Nights is an evening experience for guests to enjoy the vibrant colors of the Conservatory's private collection of Chihuly glass. The installations visually transform in the dusk and evening light. Special engagement admission and membership rates apply.
