Chefs in the City: A Festive Holiday Dinner

Rich and Steve, the Chefs in the City, are getting a head start for the holidays, creating a festive dinner menu that can be used throughout the upcoming holiday season and beyond. Our meal will feature a rich, creamy mushroom soup to start, followed by a fall salad made with warm fruit chutney, gorgonzola croutons, and a balsamic drizzle. For the entrée, a beautiful and delicious crown roast of pork; and for dessert, they will demonstrate how to make an heirloom apple cake with a brown sugar and butter glaze, served warm with ice cream.
