Health & Safety Measures
New measures have been put in place to protect the health and safety of our members, guests, volunteers, and staff. Please review before visiting and contact the Membership department with any questions. Members are the lifeblood of the Conservatory. Thank you in advance for supporting these changes as they make the Conservatory safe and accessible for all.
Members are strongly advised to renew their membership online or by mailing a check rather than in person. This helps eliminate as many touchpoints as possible and encourages social distancing.
Members will need to register onlinefor their preferred arrival time and date before visiting the Conservatory. They will need to print their $0.00 barcoded ticket (or show it on their phone) along with their membership card or photo ID.
If a printer or smartphone is not accessible, call the Membership department to reserve a ticket.
If a membership was purchased during the closure, please expect a 3-4 week delay in the membership packet shipment. There is a backlog of orders to fill.
All memberships were effectively put on hold on March 13, 2020, when the Conservatory closed for the public health emergency. All membership renewal dates will be extended by 3 months automatically.
Memberships purchased between March 13 2020 and June 12 2020 are valid for 12 months starting June 12 2020.
If your membership expired during our closure (March 13 – June 12) you may still visit the Conservatory with full member privileges. Your membership renewal will be extended for the time period your membership was still active while the Conservatory was closed.
If your membership expired on March 31, 2020, it will be extended to June 30, 2020.
If your membership expired on April 30, 2020, it will be extended to July 31, 2020.
If your membership expired on May 31, 2020, it will be extended to August 30, 2020.
If your membership expires on June 30, 2020 or after, your membership will be extended by 3 months.
