All membership levels enjoy the following privileges for one full year from purchase:
- Free general admission (excluding select events) for cardholders.
- Discounts on special engagements, education classes, and programs.
- 10% discount at the Garden Café and Botanica Gift Shop & Greenhouse (excluding sale and consignment items).
- Invitations to exclusive members-only events, including exhibition previews and retired plant sales.
- Priority registration for conservatory summer camps.
- Reciprocal privileges at 345+ gardens in the US and the Cayman Islands.
- Discounts at select museums and attractions via the Columbus Member Advantage Program.
- Discounts at participating greenhouses, landscapers, garden centers, and nurseries.
- Patron, Benefactor, and Monarch Society members receive free admission to special engagements like Pumpkins Aglow, Conservatory Aglow, and Chihuly Nights; no advance ticket reservation required for donor level members, even if events are sold out.

Members can purchase half-price special engagement tickets for anyone named on their membership. If your membership level includes a guest, you can purchase a half-price ticket for the same number of guests as your membership allows.
