Celebrate Pi: Silken Pies

Celebrate Pi Day (3/14) with a slice of pie! In this hands-on class, you’ll make a silky chocolate “custard” pie using the plant based alternative of blended silken tofu, layered over a crisp graham cracker crust and topped with a light coffee-flavored whipped cream. Learn simple techniques for transforming humble ingredients into a rich, creamy dessert with minimal baking required. This sweet, mathematical treat proves that pie can be both smart and delicious.
