Exhibitions that occur outside of General Admission hours are considered Special Engagements. They include Pumpkins Aglow, Chihuly Nights and Winter Ice Festival. All guests are encouraged to reserve tickets in advance to guarantee admission and make check in efficient.

- Members can purchase half-price tickets for anyone named on their membership. If your membership level includes a guest, you can purchase a half-price ticket for the same number of guests as your membership allows.
- Free admission to special engagements like Pumpkins Aglow, Conservatory Aglow, and Chihuly Nights for Patron, Benefactor, and Monarch Society members; no advance ticket reservation required for donor level members, even if events are sold out.
