The Learning Pavilion sits between two very important programmed venues in the Children’s Garden: Let’s Garden, an edible-themed hands-on gardening space and Nature Art Studio, an earth art experience. In addition, visitors are invited to join Discovery Programs focused on the natural world at the Learning Pavilion.

Visitors find many creature comforts here: family-style restrooms, hand washing stations, and comfortable seating. That, along with its dynamic roof lines and exquisite detailing, makes the Learning Pavilion an essential part of any Children’s Garden visit.

Educational Programs

Educational Programs are included in the Children’s Garden experience during the spring and summer seasons each year. These programs, offered at no cost beyond admission and without registration needed, are an opportunity for children to learn, play and grow while immersed in nature.

Programming is centered around monthly Learning Themes and includes Discovery Stations, Garden Club, Story Time and visits from local educators and performers.
