Chefs in the City: Return to Tuscany

Take your tastebuds to faraway places- Rich & Steve have curated a menu that will take you all the way to Tuscany without leaving Ohio! The evening will feature some of their favorite Tuscan dishes. Our meal will begin with a spring greens salad with balsamic dressing, served with a disc of nut-crusted chevre. Celebrate all the flavors of Tuscany in the entree- grilled sirloin, sliced thin, drizzled with fine olive oil and topped with ribbons of shaved Parmesan, and a dash of lemon. This will be accompanied by a side of Caponata– the Italian rendition of ratatouille. For dessert, we will enjoy a fresh cobbler made with mixed berries, accented with Marsala wine.
