Chefs in the City: Spring Dinner

Rich Terapak and Steve Stover, the Chefs in the City on WOSU 89.7 NPR, have “cooked up” a wonderful new spring dinner to share with friends and family.

The menu includes asparagus vichyssoise; a sheet pan entree with salmon, spring vegetables, and Asian flavors, accompanied by a spring vegetable couscous; and a rich new strawberry shortcake with creme fraiche. Bon appetit!
