Edible and Medicinal Plant Walk

Join Forager and Chef, Lorenzo Tavani for a Edible and Medicinal Plant walk around the Franklin Park Conservatory Community Garden Campus. Class will consist of an hour long, guided plant walk, focusing on edible and medicinal plants growing at the park.

Students can expect to feel more comfortable identifying wild plants, gain a better idea of how to become a better forager, build a deeper relationship to the natural world around us and learn how to incorporate these wild foods into their everyday lives.

Instructor: Lorenzo Tavani Lorenzo Tavani is a trained chef who started his career in the Columbus State culinary program and completed 4 years of apprenticeship at Lindeys Restaurant and Bar.
