Getting in Touch with Nature

Reconnecting with the natural world can help you discover the many ways nature can support your well-being. In this meditative and mindful workshop, we’ll explore the physical, cognitive, emotional, and creative benefits of spending time outdoors while engaging our senses through guided activities and reflection. Enjoy a walk through the gardens as we slow down to notice the sights, sounds, scents, and textures around us.

You’ll leave with simple ways to bring more nature into your daily life and practical inspiration for creating meaningful moments of connection.
