Growing an Edible Container Garden

This is a hands-on class led by Conservatory educator, Nicole Tabit.

You don’t need a full lawn to grow delicious food ready to eat! Whether you have limited growing space, or are looking to spice up decorative areas, or expand existing backyard area, container gardens planted with edibles can be a unique and visually pleasing way to grow food! Learn about the different kinds of container gardens, the best plants to grow, and other benefits to this food production method, while tying in elements of design to make your container gardens work for your space.

While you learn, you will also get your hands dirty and plant your own mini edible container garden pot to take home for future snacking.
