Infinite Nature

Discover the hidden patterns woven throughout the natural world in this mindful guided exploration of fractals and infinity in nature. Discover repeating shapes in everything from fern fronds and tree branches to rivers and clouds, and explore why these patterns can have a calming, restorative effect on the human brain. Then, we’ll walk through Conservatory biomes & grounds to observe these fractals, spirals, and branching forms repeating throughout the Conservatory gardens. Along the way, we’ll reflect on the beauty of nature’s endless designs and the connections between math, wellness, and the living world.
