Theme: Yoga in the Garden
Schedule of Activities:
- 11am- Guided Meditation Walk with Erich Keyser (approximately 1 mile)
Erich Keyser is the founder of and lead educator at Nature, Health & Wellbeing, an organization dedicated to supporting whole-person health and wellbeing through nature-based mindfulness and integrative wellness practices, and increasing community access to nature. Drawing on a professional background in environmental social science research, teaching, and integrative wellness coaching—as well as his personal health journey—Erich helps people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. - 12:30pm- Yoga Session with Candice Flows LLC
Curated by Candice Flows. A supportive space to move, feel, and return to yourself in community. With grounding affirmations, this embodied practice gently builds into movement and poses that encourage release, acceptance, creativity, and connection. This practice is for everybody and every body. Bring your mats/blankets and meet me there. - 2pm- Yoga Session with Leigh
Leigh’s offerings invite you to settle into sensation– never perfection. We will follow the rhythm of our breath, releasing tension and taking up space vocally as we make sacred spirals. We’ll flow intentionally with gratitude for ourselves, the space we share together and the elements. Whether you’re seeking whimsy or stillness, come be present and play– you’re welcome here, àṣẹ.
