New Years Eve Celebration

Ring in the New Year with friends and family through tasty and easy to prepare small bites and appetizers. In this class, you’ll learn professional techniques for quick, elegant bites that can be prepared in advance so you can enjoy the party as well.

Our first dish will be seared scallops on sweet potato puree finished with a drizzle of citrus butter. Wild mushroom and truffle Gruyere Tartlets will be our next warm and savory bite. A bold and hearty bite will be tender slow-braised hoisin pork on mini brioche buns with a bright sesame-ginger crunchy slaw. Our next savory appetizer will be crispy air-fried chicken wings tossed in a vibrant sweet chili garlic sauce and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and scallions.

Our final offering will be mini dark chocolate mousse cups with berries.
