Spring Flowers Walk & Talk

They say April showers bring May flowers! Join us for a guided walk through the park to discover Ohio’s spring wildflowers. We’ll begin with a short introduction to common native species you’re likely to see along walking trails, and learn a few key tips for identifying them. Then we’ll head outside to identify flowers in nature, stopping along the way to look closely at the blooms. Along the walk, we’ll talk about the role these early wildflowers play in forest ecosystems and the pollinators that depend on them.
