Tailgate Party

Improve your pre-game hosting with this hands-on cooking class! You will learn prep-ahead strategies, cooking techniques and chef secrets to elevate your guests’ experience and enable you to watch the action with them. In this class, you’ll make five dishes perfect for impressing everyone at your next tailgate party.

Our first offering will be German Bratwurst from scratch: you’ll mix the ground pork and pork fat with spices, and fill and twist the casings. We’ll finish them by grilling and serving with condiments. Our next menu item will be a whole spatchcock chicken coated in homemade rub, cooked to perfection over coals on the Big Green Egg, and served with barbecue sauce.

For our side dishes, we’ll make:

  • Smoky Brisket Slow Cooked Baked Beans

  • Grilled Corn on the Cob in the husk, served with herb compound butter

  • Fuit Cobbler prepared in an iron skillet and cooked on the grill.
