Come explore the bizarre world of creepy plants at Franklin Park Conservatory for School’s Out Camp on November 3, a thrilling one-day adventure designed for curious kids in grades K-6! Campers will dive into the wild, weird world of carnivorous plants and botanical mysteries. Through fun, age-appropriate learning, we’ll discover how these awesome plants trap bugs, adapt to harsh environments, and thrive in the strangest ways!

Is registration required?
Yes, all campers need to register in advance for the event. Spaces are limited, and registration may fill up quickly.
When is pick up and drop off?
Pick up will be between 9:00-9:30 am at the Wells Barn. Drop off will be between 3:30-4:00 pm in the same location. Please park your car in the Wells Barn lot to pick up and drop off your child. There will be no before or after care offered for this program.
Will we need to pack lunch?
Yes! Please be aware that lunches will not be refrigerated or heated up. Families may also be asked to send peanut free and/or tree nut-free food. A snack will also be provided for all campers.
What will the campers be doing?
Our School’s Out camp will be a lot like one day at summer camp! Our day will include both indoor and outdoor games (weather permitting), arts and crafts, science-based activities, and of course experiencing our Conservatory gardens and biomes.
