 Food is available by pre-order only, up to 7 days in advance of your reservation. Food will not be available for ordering on the day of your reservation.

Capacity

This cozy igloo fits up to 6 guests and includes 6 admission tickets to Conservatory Aglow. Please note, additional tickets aren’t available for purchase as the igloo is maxed out at 6 snug spots.

Reservation Policy – No Cancellations or Date Changes

Please note that all reservations are final. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes of any kind are not permitted for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, travel disruptions, illness, or personal emergencies.

If the Conservatory is open on the date of your reservation, your booking is considered confirmed and active, and all standard policies will apply. No refunds, credits, or alternate dates will be provided.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a consistent and fair scheduling process for all guests.

Reservation Timeframe Policy

Each reservation is allotted a strict 180-minute (3 hours) timeframe, which begins and ends at your scheduled time. This timeframe is firm and cannot be extended under any circumstances.

If you arrive late, additional time will not be added to the end of your reservation. We kindly ask that you plan ahead and arrive early to ensure you receive your full reservation experience.

Check-in opens 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. Entire party must gather prior to check in. Please allow extra time for parking and the check-in process.

Food & Beverage Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our food and beverage policies carefully:

  • Food Pre-Orders: Food is available by pre-order only, up to 7 days in advance of your reservation. Food will not be available for ordering on the day of your reservation.
  • Day-of Food Options: You are welcome to visit the Garden Cafe, open nightly, or outside Food Trucks, available on select evenings, and bring your meal into the igloo to enjoy. The food truck schedule can be found on our website. Please arrive early to account for waiting in any food truck lines prior to your igloo reservation. No outside alcohol or food permitted.
  • Beverage Options: Bottles of wine and sparkling wine may be pre-ordered with your reservation.
  • Bar Service: A dedicated bartender will be available during your reservation with a full menu of beer, wine, and cocktails available for purchase.
  • Payment Policy: For efficiency, we operate on one tab per igloo. No separate checks or transactions are permitted.
  • 20% Gratuity will automatically be added on to any pre-ordered food and beverage.
