3D Needle Felting: Bonsai

Create a 3D needle felted bonsai tree! Felt is a textile material that is produced by matting fibers together, in this case with wool and a felting needle. Participants will be led step by step through creating their bonsai sculpture, from twisting wire to create the trunk, to applying wool roving to the wire and foam form to bring your tree to life!

Difficulty: Beginner to Intermediate – No experience required, but helpful; all supplies provided. Having thimbles or finger protection is not necessary to felt, but sometimes finger pricking happens. Please feel free to bring thimbles or fingertip guards!
