This is a hands-on floral design class led by floral designer, Eleanor Harris.

Join us for a hands-on floral arrangement workshop! Learn how to prep flowers, and design your elevated floral centerpiece using fresh spring flowers, while enjoying light appetizers and a glass of wine. End the class with a short stroll and guided tour through the Community Garden Campus.

Instructor: Eleanor Harris Eleanor Harris is a fine arts fanatic and part-time floral designer living in Columbus with her husband, baby daughter, and two cats. She believes flowers hold the potential to heal and inspire, and she loves sharing her passion for floral artistry with others. In addition to her full-time roles in corporate retail strategy and analytics, Eleanor has held numerous volunteer positions with the Columbus Museum of Art, Franklin Park Conservatory, and The Flower Initiative (a non-profit organization with a mission to spread kindness through flowers). In 2022, Eleanor studied floral design at a workshop in Belgium hosted by Fleuropean, a world renown floral artist. One of Eleanor’s favorite inspirational quotes is attributed to Claude Monet: I must have flowers always and always.
