Focaccia Pizza

This is a hands-on culinary class taught by recipe developer and content creator, Mallory Harr.

Focaccia is Italy’s oldest bread. One of its modern uses includes pizza crust and is as versatile as thin crust pizza. Mallory will teach the method needed to make a quick-rise focaccia bread. While it’s rising, enjoy a glass of wine and prepare an assortment of fresh Mediterranean toppings and a salad. By the end of class, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to experiment with different variations on this classic pizza.

She is passionate about spreading love through baking and sharing her recipes for everyone to enjoy. Her grandmother inspired her to bake from a young age and she has been on the kitchen ever since! One of her favorite recipes to make are brown butter chocolate chip skillet cookies (think a giant deep dish cookie).
