Dietitian Julie Palmer will guide you through prepping delicious fillings, making and shaping 3 different types of dough, and cooking your creations to perfection.
Our recipes include:
- Bok Choy and Shitake Mushroom Steamed Bao Buns, a leavened dough that rises and becomes fluffy when steamed.
- Spring Onion Pancakes, which is a savory treat that is pan-fried until crispy and flaky.
- Cheesy Kimchi and Tofu Gyoza, which is a Japanese dumpling.
- 2 dipping sauces.
