Kokedama at Greendigs Grandview

Get your hands dirty and make a set of kokedama for your home or as the perfect gift! Kokedama is way to display a self-contained plant wrapped in moss, and has its origins in Japan, inspired by the styles of bonsai and nerai (meaning ‘no pot’). Take home two kokedama for a dynamic planter display! Parking is free and all supplies will be provided.

Instructor: Nicole Tabit Nicole Tabit is the Community Outreach and Education Program Coordinator at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Her degree is in Natural Resource Management and Visitors Services from The Ohio State University. She loves to hike and be outdoors, but she also loves to create and combine her love for the arts and environment by tying natural elements into her art projects.
