Handmade Pasta with Spring Vegetables

This is a cooking class led by chef Bill Hardin.

Under the guidance of Chef Bill, you will learn everything you will need to know to make delicious pasta, including kneading, rolling and cutting.

We’ll learn to make gnocchi with a fresh, garlicky tomato sauce that includes zucchini and fresh basil. We’ll also make fettuccine with chicken thighs, peppers, red onion and spinach in a creamy, rich Alfredo sauce topped with parmesan cheese. The pasta dishes will be accompanied by a green salad and homemade vinaigrettes.

Instructor: Bill Hardin Chef Bill Hardin graduated from Columbus State Community College in the chef apprenticeship program with honors. He has worked as a professional chef for over twenty years. He is an award-winning chef who has worked in the medical, retail and corporate fields as a chef. He has catered weddings, parties, anniversaries and office functions. He also has taught many classes in-person as well as online.
