This is a cooking class taught by the Chef, Bill Hardin.
Just in time for the holidays, Chef Bill will guide the class through recipes, instructions and techniques for a successful party. The first appetizer will demonstrate how simple it is to make your own parmesan and rosemary crackers topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and Feta cheese. Next will be mini spicy pork empanadas accompanied with an avocado relish. Finally, we’ll learn to make mini sticky orange and almond cakes.
